It’s Time For A Modern Financial Access Framework

Advocating for Access, Fairness, and Innovation

About Us

The Financial System Access Coalition is a 501(c)(6) trade association advocating for secure, supervised access to the U.S. banking system and federal payment infrastructure. We support innovation in payments by representing de novo banks, fintech firms, stablecoin issuers, and other regulated financial entities seeking lawful access through state charters and regulatory oversight.

We also work to build public awareness and strengthen the reputation of secure, regulated financial innovation. By facilitating the exchange of information between institutions, regulators, and the public, FSAC helps foster a trusted ecosystem grounded in transparency, compliance, and responsible growth.

Membership Dues $50,000

Membership dues for 2025 are $50,000 per company, supporting our launch and capacity-building efforts. Dues are generally deductible as a business expense under IRC §162—consult your tax advisor for details. As a member-funded 501(c)(6), future dues will be structured to sustain long-term policy impact and member value.
